Online sales begin on November 1, 2026.
At Shiga Kogen, one Common Lift Pass (Key Ticket) allows you to use all 45 lifts and gondolas across all 18 ski resorts.
There are two ways to purchase lift passes online:
① QR Code Pickup (For customers without a Key Ticket)
After completing your purchase, use the QR code issued online to receive your Key Ticket at a SKIOSK or at a ski resort ticket counter.
② Direct In (For customers who already have a Key Ticket)
Use your existing Key Ticket to purchase a lift pass online and start skiing immediately without visiting a ticket counter.
Customers using Direct In should proceed to the Direct In purchase page.
Notes:
•The multi-day passes listed below (2-day to 10-day passes), and Adult & Child Package Pass / Adult & Student Package Pass (2-day and 3-day passes) can be used on non-consecutive days.
•1-day passes are valid only on the day of first use after passing through the gate.
•All passes must be used within the valid operating period of the 2026-2027 season.

On the third Sunday of each month from December to April (Dec. 20, Jan. 17, Feb. 21, Mar. 21, and Apr. 18), children aged 12 or under can receive a free 1-day lift pass as part of "Ski Kids' Day."
Please note that if you purchase an Adult & Child Package Pass on these dates, the child's lift pass will already be available free of charge. Please check before purchasing.

No deposit is required for the "Key Ticket."
You can keep your Key Ticket after use.
Return of Previous "Key Cards"
Starting from the 2019-20 season, Shiga Kogen's lift ticket system changed from "Key Cards" to "Key Tickets."
Returns and refunds for previous Key Cards are available at the following locations:
•Ski lift ticket offices throughout Shiga Kogen
•Accommodation facilities in Shiga Kogen (*some facilities may not support returns)
•Yamanouchi Roadside Station (Michi-no-Eki) in Kita-Shinshu (*)
•Obuse Highway Oasis (*)
* Please note that the above marked facilities cannot process deposits for old IC tickets (blue and purple IC tickets measuring 3.5 × 3.5 cm).
Please return your Key Card during the ski resort operating period. Refunds will not be available after May 7, 2026. If you are unable to return it by this date, please return it during the ski resort operating period of the following season.
Please note that deposits cannot be refunded for Key Cards that are deformed or damaged.

Available upon presentation of a disability certificate issued in Japan or a valid MIRAIRO ID.
The 2026-2027 season refers to the operating period from December 5, 2026, to May 5, 2027.
Operating hours: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Operating hours may vary depending on weather conditions, daylight hours, and location.
Refunds for Shiga Kogen Common Lift Passes will not be available after May 6, 2027.
Remaining days, points, and hours cannot be refunded.
Remaining days, points, and hours for all types of tickets cannot be carried over to the following season.
Lost Key Tickets cannot be reissued.
Separate tickets are required for early morning skiing and night skiing.
Shiga Kogen Lift Association is not responsible for accidents occurring within the ski resort.
Refunds for lift fees when lifts are suspended due to severe weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances will be handled according to the refund policy of the Shiga Kogen Lift Association.
Selling or attempting to sell lift tickets obtained for the purpose of resale to unspecified individuals within Shiga Kogen ski areas is prohibited.
Such actions may be subject to legal penalties under Article 8 of the Nagano Prefecture Ordinance on Prevention of Violent and Disorderly Acts that Cause Significant Public Disturbance.
If resale is confirmed through flea market apps, social media, or other services, the validity of the ticket may be suspended without prior notice, regardless of whether the resale has already occurred.
Even if the ticket is returned to the reseller, the suspension of validity will not be lifted.
Shiga Kogen Lift Association will not be involved in any disputes or issues arising from resale activities.
If any damage is caused to Shiga Kogen Lift Association because of resale activities, compensation for damages may be claimed against both the reseller and the purchaser.
